FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 2 - 3 business days using Evri's delivery standard is 2 - 3 days. Flat rate shipping fee of £3.99 applies to orders shipping to England, Scotland and Wales and £5.99 for Ireland. We do not ship outside of the UK and Ireland at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping on orders £100 and over.

• ​England, Scotland and Wales - Express - 1 to 3 business days - £5.99

• Northen Ireland + Irleand - 5 to 7 business days - £5.99
   

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After the return request, you have another 14 days to return the goods to qualify for the refund - otherwise, this will no longer be eligible for a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note return shipping cost is not covered by us, with return costs being covered by the customer. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: 13 Brookside, Billericay, Essex, CM11 1DS.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
